Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Free Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed before 12 PM will be processed the same day
• Orders placed after 12 PM or on Sundays/holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
• Ability to track your order status in real-time through our website
• SMS updates on order dispatch and delivery status

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete:

• Include apartment/house number, street name, and landmark
• Provide a valid phone number for delivery updates
• Double-check the PIN code to avoid delivery delays

Note: We cannot modify the delivery address once the order has been shipped.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:

• The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
• You will be notified via SMS/email for each attempt
• If delivery still fails, the order will be returned to us
• Return shipping charges may apply for reshipment

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing:

• Provide photos of the damaged package and items
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
